BattleRush Sprint Obstacle course is a new dry obstacle course designed to train you for your next adventure race, test your current fitness levels and develop your co-ordination and strength, through either the 21 obstacle route or the 42 HERO course.

You won’t find any water or mud in the course to cool you off, or any long distances between obstacles to catch your breath. The course is about pure strength, agility, speed and determination.

The different courses are designed in an arena style venue with back-to-back obstacles, each testing different physical and mental skills. There are 2 different courses of 500m with 21 obstacles each, as well as the HERO course, offering 42 obstacles in within a 1km run. All the features are scalable for different levels of fitness and ability, from the seasoned racer to the first timer.

BATTLE RUSH is open 7 days a week, with prior booking and participants can either spend time in the course, gaining strength and confidence in the different obstacles, or book a 2hour training session during which an instructor will coach the participants through each obstacle, ensuring better skills and abilities for the next adventure race.

ALPHA course (version 4.0)

  1. Water Drum carry up & Tyre drag up – tough test of your grip & leg strength
  2. Monkey swing.
  3. Big yellow wall.
  4. Over the hurdle & through the window.
  5. Balance beam Test your balance on the small low beam or try the high kinked beam.
  6. Transfer (Atlas stone).
  7. Incline peg board.
  8. Hooya Pipes Up & over with your hands on you head.
  9. High 5, the tree & get back in the race.
  10. Hooya boxes Up & over with your hands on you head.
  11. Tyre drag & Donut carry.
  12. Reverse walls.
  13. Grip ripper.
  14. Balance beam.
  15. Apex ladder.
  16. Grip Ripper
  17. Container Up the Spider web; butt shuffle the log.
  18. Apex ladder, Weaver up (down the rope, up the rope) & weaver down.
  19. Burpee pit (5)
  20. Hanging garden.
  21. Incline wall.
  22. Stone garden. Follow the numbers.

BRAVO course (version 3.0)

  1. Stone garden. Follow the numbers.
  2. Tyre wall.
  3. Cargo walk.
  4. Burpee pit (5)
  5. Apex ladder, reverse up (down the rope, up the rope) & down the ladder on your hands.
  6. Container: balance across & spider web down
  7. Cliff hanger.
  8. Reverse dragons back.
  9. Tyre drag & Donut carry.
  10. Monkey Bars Rig.
  11. Jungle swing. 1 shot
  12. Hooya boxes Up & over with your hands on you head.
  13. High 5, the tree & get back in the race.
  14. Hooya Pipes Up & over with your hands on you head.
  15. The Great Wall – Climb up and over.
  16. Bucket Brigade
  17. Log swing.
  18. Windows & Walls.
  19. A Really Big wall.
  20. Double Parallel Bars – Test your endurance and determination crossing over these bars.
